Reduce visual clutter on category page by making 'Add new' buttons smaller

The 'Add Document' and 'Add Exam' buttons were dark coloured and large, making it difficult to make out the actual content (documents and exams) in a seemingly cluttered page. This MR makes the buttons smaller and moves them to just under the respective headings.
