Remove exam filter autofocus and update site description

This MR contains two small changes: removing autoFocus from the exam list filter input (on category pages), as it was annoying on mobile that it scrolled the page automatically on load (despite the infrequent use of that input); and updating the site description to put equal emphasis on the community-uploaded documents and knowledgebase compared to exam answers.
