Limit logins to @sms.ed.ac.uk domain emails

It should be a reasonable assumption that all students who require access to this service will have an @sms.ed.ac.uk email address. Only some postgraduate PhD students, or students who have been at the University for a long time, may have only an @ed.ac.uk email address, but these are not our target audience.
