Investigate MicroVMs for k8s nodes
Currently, each k8s node is its own VM (running Ubuntu), with k0s installed over it.
Whilst this is fine, another alternative would be to use MicroVMs. This should give us the same security guarantees, but with less overhead. FireKube is one solution for this - We could run it in an LXC container on a proxmox host.
More research should be done on if this is worth it, and we can spin up a test cluster first if needed. Then, a plan should be made to migrate as smoothly as possible.
