Code clean-up, and move sonic-screwdriver in

• Remove a bunch of unnecessary inputs, binary caches, and other stuff
• Add scripts as proper commands to the devshell, and add some scripts for diffing, etc.
• Move sonic-screwdriver into this repo, to avoid the deployment getting out of date
• Use deadnix as a linter for dead code
• Fix all systems changing when anything in this repo changed
